Bill Schmalfeldt’s NSFW Conspiracy Rant

Bill Schmalfeldt–the man who has harassed my family for months–believes I was paid to file criminal charges against him. He believes that he is being persecuted. Here is Bill Schmalfeldt saying so on his podcast:

Nobody paid me to file charges. It cost me about $140 total to go to Maryland.

The tickets were bought on Spirit Airlines and cost about $118; it’s $58 each way if you pick your dates right. I went on a Tuesday and came back on a Wednesday, so I didn’t bring any luggage, just my computer bag and a change of clothes. I had an iced coffee at the airport. That was $3.

When I got there, WJJ Houge picked me up. We got dinner. Aaron Walker joined us. Houge bought me dinner, which was nice of him. I filed charges. I got a snack at a connivence store.  I stayed at a friend’s house. I had breakfast at Burger King and then a sandwich at the airport before the flight. Maybe I only spent $130, now that I think of it.

It was my idea to file criminal charges against Bill Schmalfeldt but I admit it was not my idea alone. My wife Lauren was adamant about filing harassment charges, especially after Bill Schmalfeldt spent days telling lies and raising ugly, bizarre questions about the death of our daughter as part of his ‘investigation’ of me. There was also the fact that Bill Schmalfeldt called child protective services on us plus the bizarre and constant sexual talk about my wife.

Trust me; after months of Bill Schmalfeldt stalking, harassing, threatening, annoying, and directly contacting us dozens of times, nobody had to talk us into filing criminal charges against him.

His bizarre conspiracy theory that someone would have to pay to want this harassment stopped does fit perfectly, however, with the list of people Brett Kimberlin considers his enemies.
