Friday, May 25th Is “Everybody Blog About Brett Kimberlin Day”

Brett Kimberlin is a convicted bomber, perjurer and left-wing attack dog. He’s attacked — in no particular order — conservative bloggers like Andrew Breibart, Patterico, Liberty Chick, Aaron Worthing, Stacy McCain and others.

Here’s a short, easy to follow video I put together on Kimberlin:

This is no war of words; Kimberlin is a serial litigator who has filed over 100 lawsuits by his own account and he takes people to court, claiming they are harassing him. He calls their employers.  I stand with all these people, some of whom are my friends. I’m launching a new effort on my own that I hope will help.

The only effective way I to fight Brett Kimberlin is for as many people to research and write about him as possible.

So I’m declaring this Friday, May 25th as Everybody Blog About Brett Kimberlin Day.

Here’s what you do to take part…

  1. Research Brett Kimberlin on your own. Don’t trust secondary sources; look for the orginal articles articles published about him, too.
  2. On Friday, May 25th — write an honest, factually accurate post about what you learned and what your OPINION is. Brett may try and sue you, so be accurate, factual and separate fact from opinion.
  3. The post doesn’t have to be long — ANYTHING helps.
  4. After you post, Tweet, share, whatever — get the post out there.
This foolishness has gone on long enough.

  1. I’m in.

  2. I’m with Darth … Will re-post an exerpt with kink to here in a few minutes …

  3. Thanks for the link, Mr Stranahan. My Kimberlin articles, to date, have all been quotes in toto of previous Patterico articles (as far as I know, since I didn’t have a Kimberlin category or tag). I think you might want to check out my “permissions declaration” link, and consider giving me your permission there, as well. As, I believe, should all who are linking to your article. And here’s the reason why:

    1. Lee Stranahan writes a truthful article about Brett Kimberlin.
    2. Lee Stranahan grants John Hitchcock permission to quote all his Kimberlin articles in toto.
    3. John Hitchcock quotes all Lee Stranahan’s Kimberlin articles in toto.
    4. Brett Kimberlin somehow wins a lawsuit to force Lee Stranahan to take down all his truthful Kimberlin articles.
    5. Lee Stranahan does so, but does not have the authority to force John Hitchcock to take down his articles.
    6. Brett Kimberlin somehow wins a lawsuit to force John Hitchcock to take down all his Kimberlin articles.
    7. John Hitchcock does so, but having given blanket authority for practically anyone to quote his Kimberlin articles in toto, has no idea who has actually done so.
    8. Brett Kimberlin, not knowing who all has transmitted the articles in viral fashion, wins a couple battles but loses the war.

And that, in a nutshell, is why I’m seeking permission from all bloggers to quote in toto any Kimberlin articles.

Again, thank you for linking me, and I hope you give me the permissions I seek.

  4. SFC MAC says:

Count me in, Lee. I’ve got a draft ready and I’ll post it on the 25th.

  5. Is it alright to publish his address and phone number and the names of his relatives, including his 80 year old mother, Carolyn? I could also publish dozens of names and addresses of neighbors who may be interested in the bomber and self-proclaimed pornography peddler who lives near them.

  6. I’m in.

Also remember to mention who has actually given money to him

  7. I’ve just gotta say:

This video is awesome. It’s amazing to me that you put so much information, flowing so intelligently, in such a short space of time. As someone who has been trying to do something similar (and gave up), I know this took an enormous amount of work, Lee.

Your video is watchable and informative. In my opinion, the series should be the centerpiece of this story. This is the right medium for this message, too, given that much of Kimberlin’s behavior requires video to fully explain.

    Everyone: share this video.

  8. I thought the creey scary music was darling. More, please!

  9. Breitbart Fan says:

I wrote this at PJ Media and will quote, out of laziness:
“Does ANY gov’t money go to Tides, in any way shape or form, grants/tax-exemptions/etc.? If so, WE ARE PAYING THIS FREAK!!! Maybe it’s time to take this all the way to OUR FEDS!!!”

Also, I suggested on another thread to bombard any/all names of donors to any/all groups, even the donors to those groups that donate, and the donors to those groups that donate, etc. Rat them all out and bombard them! Expose, expose, expose, and do like the left does, and demand justice!

And finally, PJM has a short article:

    http://pjmedia.com/tatler/headline/soros-why-does-it-always-lead-to-soros/?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter

IT DOES ALWAYS END WITH SOROS!!!! EVERY SINGLE LEFTY CAUSE, GROUP, AGENCY, NO MATTER WHAT IT IS, FOLLOW IT UP AND YOU END WITH SOROS! EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

  10. Count me in. This is utter nonsense. Arise my fellow brethren and show them that this will not be tolerated. May 25th count 6079 Smith, W in!

  11. Hogewash! is in.

  12. Robbins Mitchell says:

Geez….this punk needs to be butt fucked with a chain saw

  13. I’ve just started following this story, on Mr. McCain’s blog – best to you, sir! This is an interesting link I came across today while surfing, might be worth a look:
    http://www.dailykos.com/story/2009/01/26/689223/-Is-Brett-Kimberlin-Really-an-Exonerated-Ex-Political-Prisoner-

  14. BTW, the reason I found this link interesting is that it’s from 2009, and apparently this Kimberlin guy was able to find a lot of supporters willing ($$?) to take heat from their own comrades to shovel obvious bullfeces.

  15. Will do. Thanks for your efforts.

  16. Barbarian at the Gates is IN.

  17. perlhaqr says:

vech: I strongly believe it would be a tactical error to do so. The implication is that one posts such information in order to offer a threat of physical violence. That’s the sort of thing Brett Kimberlin does. Let’s do try to behave better than Brett Kimberlin.

  18. Count me in. My Brett Kimberlin post will appear tomorrow morning.

  19. I’ve posted my Brett Kimberlin Relatively Concise timeline, which you can find here:

    http://thatinnocuousgirl.wordpress.com/2012/05/25/a-relatively-concise-brett-kimberlin-timeline-10-2/

Everyone is free to copy and distribute my posts in toto.

  20. leilani says:

Brett Kimberlin’s a loser & his pockets probably aren’t very deep. But we know that those of his patrons like George Soros, Barbra Streisand and Teresa Heinz-Kerry are deep. Very deep.

These idiots have provided this known criminal the financial wherewithal to victimize American citizens, so at the very least they are complicit in causing Kimberlin’s targets to suffer extreme emotional duress.

Patrick Frey, Stacy McCain, Aaron Worthing, Andrew Breitbart’s family and everybody else who has been harmed should definitely pursue all options available toward receiving some major financial recompense + punitive damages from all the wealthy slimeballs who are aiding and abetting this sociopath in wreaking his orchestrated campaign of terror on innocent people.

  21. CHHR, VA says:

Yesterday we celebrated the sacrifice of the many men and women that fought and died for our freedom… Last week we celebrated unification as we rallied to get the name Bret Kimberlin out into the open.

Today we still have the fallen, and we still have the lunatic fringe. Worse, we have a POTUS that is all too happy to hand over governance and leadership to those that seek to destroy us from within. I say, it’s high time we start a #SaveAmerica campaign where we all join together to continue to expose radical moves such as Kimberlin, Soros, Streisand, or any other left funded groups with a motive other than the preservation of America.

  22. Mike James says:

Next time, would you please pick some other day besides the Friday before a three day weekend?

  23. Jeff Morris says:

I knew Brett Kimberlin when I was in prison. He was a model prisoner and a adroit jailhouse lawyer. He was not innocent of any of his criminal convictions, including the bombings; but he definitely was not guilty, as he was convicted under patently false evidence. He should not have had to spend a day of his life behind bars under patently false evidence. What forms the basis of the patently false evidence was the testimony from a psychotic man who testified that he saw Brett in possession of one of the bombs used to terrorize Speedway. In the first trial, he had a hung jury. The witness from the bughouse did not testify. In fact, nobody even knew about him, including the government. In the second trial, however, that phantom appeared in court as a surprise witness for the government. Brett was adjudicated guilty by a jury. If that lunatic’s testimony was truthful and honest, why, then, didn’t he come forward from day#1? I say give Brett another trial without the lunatic’s testimony; then, should the jury find him guilty, I will then shout it from the roof top that Bett is, in fact, guilty.
