Bill Schmalfeldt claims to be a journalist, yet he has a troubling and completely unprofessional obsession with my wife.

Let’s be super clear on this: to any reasonable person, it’s clear that people’s families not involved in issues should generally be totally off limits. This is common sense and common decency. This is way beyond ideological or political differences. People who hate my politics or dislike me personally have repeatedly said “People’s families are not a valid target.”

Once you start the wholesale assault that Bill Schmalfeldt has made against my wife and kids-literally contacting child protective services and other law enforcement based on complete lies-you have left the realm of ‘legal purpose’ or any realm of legitimate journalism.

That being said, Bill Schmalfeldt has repeatedly told so many digusting lies about my wife Lauren that I am forced to correct some of them just to point out how Bill Schmalfeldt has no credibility.

Simple example : he has an obsession with the idea that I shot photos of my wife with another man. He refers to it often, in lurid terms. Listen to him on a recent Podcast, describe his fantasy of how his criminal trial will go:

If you have an attractive wife or girlfriend (or if you are an attractive girl yourself), there are big bux to be made by offering strangers the opportunity to have their photos taken fucking your wife (or you), and then — to enhance the pleasure — having your wife (or yourself) DELIVER the finished prints to the customer for a high dollar, two hour session that involves much fucking while hubby and the home-schooled kids wait in the car.

Bill Schmalfeldt has repeatedly posted this photo and has claimed it’s my wife:

I shot that photo. It think it’s a great shot, too. It’s not my wife. It’s a women I shot years ago and her husband.

I usually don’t mention my models by name because Bill Schmalfeldt and the people associated with him have no interest in the truth, they are only interesting in harassing people. Bill Schmalfeldt has contacted my family, people I work with and total strangers. If Bill Schmalfeldt knew my model’s names, he would doubtlessly harass them and ignore anything positive they had to say.

However, the model in that photo is somewhat well known and wouldn’t be embarrassed by that photo one bit. When I shot that, she wasn’t well known aside from her football career but the model went on to become an adult film star; the only one I ever worked with. Her name is Keri Windsor.

Yet, over and over and over and over again, Bill Schmalfeldt claimed that was my wife. Bill Schmalfeldt has no credibility whatsoever because what he is attempting to do is not fairly report information but to intimidate and smear my wife in an effort to get me to stop writing.
