Almost everything on the BreitbartUnmasked.com is credited to either Bill Schmalfeldt or “The Watchful Avenger” — a person that Bill Schmalfeldt says he won’t name. However, a commenter named “Texas Tim” chimes in often enough that he operates like a contributor or a sort of Greek Chorus, adding information to the stories in a call and response fashion in some cases and being the ‘confidential informant’ in others.
I’ve pointed out that Tim has inconsistencies in his personal biography but it’s also clear from reading his comments that his claimed connections are extremely unlikely. What seems more likely is that “Texas Tim” is either Bill Schmalfeldt or “The Watchful Avenger” using the Tim identity to add credibility or additional info.
For example, take a look at the recent story where a photo of Aaron Walker was taken by a mysterious ‘witness’. Texas Tim seems to know quite a bit because of the legal connections he apparently has in Howard County, Maryland that know people who all saw Aaron Walker.
Oh Geezy Peezy. When will this dumbass learn. My lawyer friend talked to his buddies at the Howard County Court today and they were all talking about the scene that Walker made today and how they quickly figured that he was nuts. The cops said that Walker tried to mislead them about an “altercation” and that Walker accused Kimberlin of following him and putting a GPS locator on his car.
Walker has walked right into a trap of his own making. My friend says that Bill needs to give a dossier to the State’s Attorney about Walker–all the false charges he has brought and had dismissed, his malicious suits brought for an improper purpose and his anti Muslim blog. He also suggested that Bill contact Attorney General Doug Gansler because Walker and his gang are wasting judicial and prosecutorial resources trying to settle personal scores. If I remember, both judges who ruled against Walker have told him that the Courts are not going to be used for that purpose. My friend seems to think that the AG will take some action to stop Team Walker’s forum shopping.
Again, i want to compare Walker to Taitz and Righthaven who forum shopped until they got hit with sanctions. I believe that Walker has just violated the judge’s warning about sanctions. Bill needs to tell the Peace Order judge about Walker’s year long filing of meritless and malicious actions and ask the Court to impose sanctions against Walker.
When Bill Schmalfeldt wrote a story that I would be indicted by a grand jury on some unnamed charges, he said he got that information from a ‘confidential informant’ who he did not name in the story. The article says:
According to the informant, “I was left with the impression that the prosecutor will be getting a recommendation for a grand jury investigation into a wide range of Lee’s criminal activities. He would not tell me how long the process would take but was hopeful that Lee would be indicted.”
However, in comments on another article, Texas Tim reveals he is that informant and gives details of a visit he claims to have had with the Dallas Police.
Well I talked to the police detective about Lee and he said that many people have complained about his crimes. I was left with the impression that the prosecutor will be getting a recommendation for a grand jury investigation into a wide range of Lee’s criminal activities. He would not tell me how long the process would take but was hopeful that Lee would be indicted.
and
Thanks, from my conversation, which did not last very long, I concluded that there is much going on behind the scenes and the detective was taking his time gathering the evidence and building the case.
And then there’s Texas Tim’s recent threat to me :
I heard that Stranahan is going to get hammered by something unexpected when he visits Howard County next week. Wish I could say more but I don’t want to scare him away. Lee, Please go to Howard County. You have a welcoming committee.
He knows a lot of people, including claiming to personally know the subject of one article. Oh, and a several people at the Law School that person attends.
I am from Austin and I know Dustin. I always knew he was outspoken but I never would have guessed that he was a Muslim hater. Next time I see him, I am going to give him a piece of my mind. That’s crazy, promoting war to kill Muslims. I used to like Bush too but I have turned all the way against war after Iraq. I have the mind to complain to the staff at University of Texas Law School. I know several of them pretty well and I don’t think that they will the school to be associated with a bigot like Dustin.
It’s uncanny, isn’t it?
